What services does Aspire Architects, Inc. offer?

We offer a wide range of architectural services including building design, building permits, engineering coordination, and construction administration. We also offer interior design services and initial measured drawings or construction documentation (as built drawings). Reach out to us to understand your needs.

What are your areas of expertise?

Our team specializes in residential, commercial & industrial architecture, including new construction and renovation projects. We have been in business for over a year with over a decade of experience working in Ontario. Currently we are doing lots of multiplex densifications, Minor Variances, Additional Dwelling Units, New business Commercial Fit Outs, Industrial Offices, warehouses and recreational facilities.

There is no building too small or too large for us. We have experience, Ontario Architect's Association Licensing and professional insurance in Ontario and can take on any projects as Licensed Architects. Don't hesitate to contact us!

What is the typical timeline for a project?

The timeline for a project can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We will provide you with an approximate timeline for each contract. Keep in mind one project could need various stages which we separate into individual contracts. During our initial consultation and/or zoning analysis we are able to provide a more detailed project plan of what you will need given the allowances of your particular property. Send us your project address so we can make sure what you want to do is feasible and we can explain what steps will be needed to make it happen!

In most cases, measured plans can be done in a week and initial design can be provided in up to 2 weeks. However, these designs need your feedback and we need to refine them to make them buildable. Depending on what is needed for your project because of zoning or city requirements, Permit drawings, will take a minimum of 2-4 weeks as coordination with engineering teams is likely to be needed. We can procure various quotes from trusted consultant teams that will fit the best time and price available.

Keep in mind that after submission, the municipality will reply with initial comments and start the review process in 4-6 weeks. Planning time is required to get your project built! Be patient as a lot of it is not within our control and we will have other projects to handle at the same time. Our team is here to help you and we will maintain open communications as needed along the process to make sure we keep you in the loop.
